Simon and Michelle got married on the 03rd December 2011 at Palmiet Valley Estate in Paarl. I know Michelle from school, and also filmed her sister, Chantelle’s wedding in Feb 2011. The ceremony took place outside, under a beautiful old tree, and the reception in an old cellar. I had a great time, and I am sure all the guests as well. On the 17th of September I filmed a very exciting wedding in the De Hoop Nature Reserve just east up the coast from Bredasdorp. It was a true Greek traditional wedding filled with love, laughter and of course dancing. Rozanne and Souli are an amazing talented couple, and I wish them all the best for their future together! Henk & Lené got married on the 02nd April at Molenvliet Wine & Guest Estate… Never will I forget this special wedding! I met them both about 3 years ago when I moved to Stellenbosch, and we have been friends ever since. Eben & Alta got married at Skilpadvlei on the 19th of February 2011… I had an amazing time spending the day with these two wonderfull people. I must admit that one of my favourite things about the day was the very cool red volla they drove around in! Oh and I must mention that they opened the dance floor with 1000 candles all around them on the floor! Beautifull!!!!!!

About 6 months ago my brother became a very proud father. I was there the very first day to take pictures and capture the moment of Mia’s first day on earth! Since then, about 10 000 pictures later, Mia is more than comfortable in front of a camera. So we decided that when she was 6months old, to take her for her very first studio shoot!
